Letty (Leticia) Lundquist serves as Of Counsel at Ruttle Law on a wide range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for artists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and investors. She was admitted by the State Bar of California in 2013, and is licensed to practice immigration law nationwide.

 

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Lundquist began working as a paralegal in law firms specializing in immigration and criminal law. An immigrant herself (attorney Lundquist is half German and half Ecuadorian and came to the United States at age 17) she found herself wanting to make a difference for immigrants. 

 

Ms. Lundquist has years of experience running her own firm serving her clients on a variety of immigration matters including DACA, family-based petitions, citizenship applications, VAWA applications, U visas, asylum, immigration court proceedings), as well as business- or employment-based immigration (such as H1Bs, Eb2s, O1s, and E-2s).

In her free time, she loves traveling, writing novels, and doing anything active, especially running. She is the host of a running podcast called "Marathon Running Podcast by We Got The Runs."
